  Opening hours

• Monday to Thursday 8.00 a.m.–5.00 p.m.
• Friday 8.00 a.m.–3.45 p.m.
• Lunch break 12:00 p.m.–12:45 p.m.
• Closed during public holiday. The day before public holiday it closes one hour earlier than the usual closing time.

For general questions, you can also contact the department during working hours by calling +370 700 02022 (except for matters related to environmental violation reports).

Requests and complaints are accepted and persons are provided services in Lithuanian and English.
