The navigation conditions specified below apply to watercraft without an internal combustion engine (for example, a sailing yacht, an Aleutian kayak, a canoe, a hydrocycle, a rowing boat, a rubber boat, a kayak, a catamaran, etc.) or to watercraft with an electric motor.
❌ It is prohibited to navigate in bodies of water located in nature reserves and ornithological sanctuaries (except for navigation from 1 August to 1 April for the purposes of fish breeding and amateur fishing in ornithological sanctuaries for which permits to use the fishing area have been issued).
