Spearfishing period
✅ Fishing is allowed from 01 April to 30 November.
✅ Fishing is allowed from sunrise to sunset*.
Fishing gear
✅ A clearly visible buoy must be present at the fishing site.
✅ A knife must be carried.
❌ Use of spearfishing guns longer than 120 cm is prohibited.
❌ Use arrows with a tip wider than 10 cm is prohibited.
❌ Use double-tipped or multi-tipped arrowheads for spearfishing other than eels is prohibited.
Reminder
❌ Spearfishing on beaches and closer than 50 m from them is prohibited.
❌ It is prohibited to be in bodies of water with spearfishing guns or closer than 25 m from them, if spearfishing is not allowed in those bodies of water.
❌ Shooting of fish with spearfishing rifles from a boat, while wading or walking along the coast is prohibited.

Spearfishing in the bodies of water specified below is permitted only with an amateur fisherman’s card (information coming soon).
